Advanced replacement or temporary loaner equipment is only provided under certain
circumstances. Before such equipment can be sent a purchase order and/or sales order
must be generated. In accepting an advanced replacement or loaner you agree to pay for
the unit if neither the loaner or original device is returned to us.
RMA Requests are not automatically generated by computer, they are processed by our employees.
When processed, an RMA number will be emailed to you.

Serial Numbers:
Please include all serial numbers being returned. Apantac serial numbers include the model. Serial numbers can be located on silver labels attached

Fully describe the issue, fault, and/or observed symptoms. Please be as detailed as possible to assist our repair technicians. If returning a demonstration unit or a returning a newly purchased item for refund, indicate
